He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Lea Rice (Lydon); his grandparents, Dean, Frances Rice, Leo and Jennie Lydon; and his stepson Andrew Gibb.
He is survived by: his father Jimmy Dean Rice (Louise) of Soldotna; his children, Levi (Taylor) of Waukee, Dylan (Sydney) of Eagle River and Emma (Ashton) of Juneau, Alaska.; his siblings, Daryl (Nathalie) of Sitka, Darcy (Keith) of Urbandale, Dottie of Omaha and Daisy of Lewis; his nieces and nephews, Dean, Austin, Travis, Ethan, MacKenzie, Madison, Kayla and Jenna; and also Mary Lea of Waukee.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be sent to Hope Lodge, Rochester Minnesota, or a cancer support organization of your choice.
