He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Winter and Lila Winter; and his brother Mike. He is survived by: his siblings, Colleen (Ernie) of Washington, Roger (Brigitte) of Palmer and JoAnn (Bud) of Palmer. He is also survived by paternal grandparents, and maternal aunt and uncle.
