It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Constance May Carnes (Juneau, Alaska), who passed away, on December 10, 2018. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughter Juneau; her pet Lars; her husband Delbert (Del); her children, Linda Blefgen, Denice McPherson and Wayne Carnes; her grandchild Arne Ellefson-Carnes; and her siblings, Jim Waite, Verna Woodruff (British Columbia) and Ralph Blefgen (Ontario). She was also cherished by nanny in the area, feeding farmhands and helping raise and care for children, serving in her words as "mother's little helper." Food was scarce and life was hard, but she had fond memories of playing games with her Mother.
Donations in her memory can be made to the Gastineau Humane Society or the Juneau Nordic Ski Club.
