She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Irma Lee Gates and Carlis Arthur Riddle; her husband Gary Albert Hayes; her children, Tracie Callihan (Michael), Carrie Wooden (Don), Ginny Hale (Matt), Erin Hayes (Jeff), Garic (Mae), Travis (Amanda), Dustin (Robyn), Shawna Rodriguez (Mario), Marissa Murphy (David), Clinton (Brittany) and Reahna; and her siblings, Luann Barber, Michelle Stancell, Gene, Mark Stancell and John Walker Riddle. She was also cherished by 55 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
