He is survived by: his wife Kara O'Donnell-Galvin; his children, Sarah Galvin of Homer and Private Brendan Galvin of Fort Bragg; his stepchildren, Samantha of Duxbury and Maxwell Zahka of Duxbury; his siblings, Patrick (Patricia) of Hingham, James of Abington, Joyce Mackan (Michael) of Dorchester and Brian of Everett; his parents-in-law, John and Lynne O'Donnell of Naples; his sister-in-law Laurie O'Donnell of West Hartford; his niece Jennifer Galvin of South Boston; and his nephew Timothy Galvin of Hingham. He is also survived by many cousins and close friends.
