He is survived by: his wife Harriet; his sister Nancy Canby of Salem; and his children, Sue Jakabosky (Tom Scott) of Eugene, Barbara Langton (Ted) of Corvallis, Judy Yarnell (Glenn) of Scio and Bill Schoppert of Homer Alaska. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and their spouses, 14 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
