She was predeceased by: her parents, Ezra Lee South and Minnie Louise Melton South. She is survived by: her brothers, Jesse Lee South (Sydney Simpson South) of Austin, Texas, Larry Eugene South (Jeanne Shawham South) of Annapolis, MD and Ronnie Lee South (Lynndy Luker South) of Chesterfield, VA; her brother-in-law Vance Strange; her daughters, Susan Lorraine Riley Mamula (Fred Mamula) of Cambridge Springs, PA and Rebekah Jo Riley of Wasilla, AK; and also Marilyn Jeanette South Strange (Jan) of Conway.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Legacy Funeral Homes (415 Illinois St, Fairbanks, AK 99701).
