It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Schoenewald of Fairbanks, Alaska, born in Des Moines, Iowa, who passed away on October 17, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles DeVore and Betty Luman DeVore; her husband Henry Schoenewald; and her son Alec D'Storm. She is survived by: her children, Daniel Gutierrez D. O. of San Antonio and Maret Valencia (Tony) of Sabinal, Texas; her grandchildren, Steven Valencia (Chelsea), Lorenzo Valencia, Leann DeLaRosa (Bryan), Ashley Vernon (John), Marian White (Eric) and Angelina Gutierrez; and her niece Melissa Deathridge of Grinnell, Iowa.. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
