He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Duke and Beatrice Taylor Duke; his siblings, Keith (Jean), Mel (Helen), David, Barbara (Allen Rushton) and Beatrice (Bryant Bullen); and his great grandchild Peter McLean.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Stella Duke; his children, Jim (Kay), Shari (David McLean), David (Charis), Steven (Kristin), Richard (Kristen), Kathy McFarland, Angela (Ken Kaufman), Jeff (Ariana) and Lisa (Spencer Reese); and his sister-in-law Hanne Duke. He is also survived by nine children and many precious grandchildren and great grandchildren.
