He is survived by: his children, Theodore Ohms of Lynnwood, Washington, Jerry Ohms of Lynnwood, Washington and Jazzmen Ohms of Lynnwood, Washington; his siblings, Thomas Sain of Chicago, Illinois, Irene Wilborn of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Annette Sain of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Brenda Sain of Grand Rapids, Michigan and Della Sain of Marvell, Arkansas; his aunts, Barbara Hurd and Bertha Young of Poplar Grove, Arkansas; and his close friends, Sherman Henagnen and Thurman Johnson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
