She was predeceased by: her parents, L. Z. Stuck and Mildred Stuck (Jewell); her husband Charles Fulmer; her son Mark; her granddaughter Sindy; and her great grandchild Lincoln Ashley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Rice (Shannon), Susan Rice (Wesley) and Sonja Ashley (Brian). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (805 6th Ave, Fairbanks, AK 99701).
