He was predeceased by: his parents, MacLynn Kincaid and Mayza Kincaid. He is survived by: his wife Anne McCall; his daughters, Meghan Card (Dan) and Caitlin Sakuma (Nic); and his brothers, Terry and Randy. He is also survived by four beautiful grandchildren.
