He is survived by: his wife Sonya C. Manus; his children, Randall Phillips, James Phillips III, Steven Phillips (Suzann) and A'Leisha Sorenson; his grandchildren, Troy Phillips, A'Lena Sorenson (Jake Turner), Brandon Sorenson, Steven Sorenson and Sean Sorenson (Jayme); and his sister Linda Phillips. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, Sister-in-law, Brother-in-law, many nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
