He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Jefferson Dunlap and Loma Gertrude Dunlap; his wife Jane Dunlap; his sons, Jim Dunlap, Steve Dunlap and Chris Dunlap; his daughter-in-law Patti Dunlap; his grandchildren, Jessica Clement, Chloe Giroux, Brooke Dunlap, Chelsea Dunlap, Molly Carson, Emma Dunlap, Joe Dunlap, Gabriel Dunlap and Lucas Dunlap; his great grandchildren, Christopher Dunlap, Carson Clement and Carmen Dunlap; and his sisters, Phyllis Dunn and Mary Bump.

The family requests no flowers, but memorials in his name may be made to support Parkinson's research efforts by the Barrow Neurological Foundation.
