We are sad to announce that on December 28, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Frances Mae Carlos (Eagle River, Alaska), born in Manila, Utah. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph P. Urwin and Mildred Blanche Deck; and her son Joe Carlos of Eagle River. She is survived by: her children, Toni Carlos of Eagle River, Dale Carlos (Cindy Carlos) of Eagle River and Tina Nethery of Anchorage; her daughter-in-law Phyllis Carlos of Eagle River; and her sister Edna Poe of Idaho. She is also survived by 12 Grandchildren and 15 Great-Grand Children.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donating to The Chugiak Senior Center Assisted Living Program, Alzheimer's Resource of Alaska, Valley Hospice Resources or Friends of Pets.
