With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bruce Grossmann (Delta Junction, Alaska), born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on September 12, 2020 at the age of 68. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Bruce Grossmann to pay them a last tribute.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gordon E Grossmann and Marjorie Margaret Lillian Grossmann (Whitmore); his grandparents, Earl and Alice; his former wife Dawn Elise Warren; his siblings, Bud Grossmann (Carol Twilt), Larry Grossmann (Alla Zoueva) and Sharon Werts (Pat Bahr); his children, Benjamin Grossmann (Ariane Rosier), Sarah Brooke Grossmann, Elias Grossmann and Annalise Grossmann (Josh Moore); his grandchildren, Airman Rafe Grossmann, Scarlet Rosier and Dax Grossmann; and his fiancé Flower Cole. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Bruce would have felt strongly about the safety of his guests due to Covid-19. We have two vulnerable attendees for whom we know Covid 19 would be fatal so we will observe social distancing and wearing of masks.
In lieu of flowers, we've set up a university scholarship in Bruce's name for the community he believed in so strongly. We ask that donations be sent to the University of Alaska Foundation - Bruce Grossmann Scholarship.
