He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Penrod and Jeanette Penrod; and his sisters, Arlene King and Beth Lelandis. He is survived by: his wife Marie Penrod; and his children, Katrina Heath, Michael, Russ and Travis Penrod. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren.
