He is survived by: his wife Mary Abbie Glazier; his children, Thomas Glazier Jr. and Kathleen Hoffman (Eric); his siblings, Anthony Glazier (Verna), Jane Fixx (Howard), Dolly Glazier, Dorthy Collard (Jim), Mary Jane Vanderpool (Jimmy), Theresa Anderson (Duane) and Emma Hildebrand; his grandchildren, Tyler "TJ" Hoffman, John Hoffman and Nicole Bennett; and his great grandchildren, D. Riley, Taylor Hoffman, Tori Moma and Katie Hoffman.
