He was predeceased by: his mother Carolyn. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his stepchildren, Jay Barnhardt (Megan), Paul Barnhardt (Ginny), Cameron Thomas and Briana Thomas; his grandchildren, Hannah Barnhardt and Haley Barnhardt; his father Dwayne King; his siblings, Jon King (Krista), Joel King (LaReina) and Becky Sherman (Will); and his nieces and nephews, Jeremiah, Canyon, Ian King, Riley Christy, Renee King, Aurora Sherman and Taiga Sherman.
