She is survived by: her husband Randell Elkins; her children, Casey Howder (Elkins), Jasmine Reich (Elkins) and Vincent Elkins; her sons-in-law, Nathaniel Howder and PJ Reich; her grandchildren, Herman Reich IV, Cooper Strickland, Mariah Reich and Taneal Howder; her parents, Patty Salisbury (Tipton) and Walter "Chris" Pate; her stepfather Edward Nisonger; and her sister Pamela West. She is also survived by her many siblings and stepsiblings.
