He is survived by: his wife Antonia Moxlow (Muszynski); his sister-in-law Nancy Moxlow (Muszynski); his daughter Melissa Moxlow Swan (Moxlow); his son-in-law Kenneth Swan; and his niece Jennifer Newberry.
