He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Kramer and Martha Kramer; his wife Lynn Kramer of Anchorage; and his siblings, Janice Thornell and Dan Kramer of Manitowoc.
He is survived by: his sons, Scott (Sharon Liska), Kent (Kathy Liska) and Jayme (Darcy Liska). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and numerous family members, including nephews and nieces.
