He was predeceased by: his wife Julia Faulkner Hull of Ukiah, CA; and his daughters, Sherry Knight of Gainesboro, TN and Cathryn Zampa of Butte Valley, CA.. He is survived by: his sons, Ted Eschenbach of Anchorage, AK, Conrad Casler of Tulsa, OK and Allen Eschenbach of Arroyo Grande, CA.
