He was predeceased by: his parents, George Stephan and Mary Elizabeth Stephan; his wife Alberta; his siblings, Sophie Prokopeuff, Irene McMillan and Steve Oskolkoff; and his children, Leon, Lenny, Leonard, Susie Rush, Robbin Cooks and Connie Stephan.
He is survived by: his children, Lee, Lester, Lewis Stephan, Gloria Lorah, Mary Charmley, Angela Waskey and Raven Stephan; and his grandsons, Dustin Lorah, Guy Stephan, Thomas Lorah, Jacob Stephan, Jordon Wilde-Stephan and Michael Saam. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren, several nephews and nieces.
