He is survived by: his parents, Susan Kiggins and Monte Kiggins; his siblings, Joshua, Jeremiah (Amanda), Benjamin (Lura) and Rachel (Michael); his son Jeramiah Dale; and his grandparents, Tony and Carol Blazka. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
