With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jay Jennings Cook in Anchorage, Alaska, who passed away on June 28, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parent Jerry Jennings. He is survived by: his mother Joy Gwendolyn Cook (Jinks); his daughters, Brittney Thornhill (Jeremy) and Celena Cook (William); and his pet Rascal. He is also survived by 5 grandsons and 1 granddaughter; numerous cousins.

We ask that in honor of Jay you make any donations to your local addiction recovery, homeless shelter or animal shelter.
