He is survived by: his wife Diana Kurka; his children, Jennifer Kurka, Stephen Kurka and Katya Kalachevskiy; his grandchildren, Yarik and Vasilissa Kurka; his children, David, Heather Kurka, Nicole Kimball and Dan Rathert; his grandchild Brynn Rathert; and his siblings, Dan, Lonniet Kurka, Kathleen Eustace (Kurka), DaunMichelle (Kurka), Steve Gregg and Kevin Kurka. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
