She was predeceased by: her parents, Karl Reichard and Theresia Reichard; her spouse Clyde Shinn; and her siblings, Olga Sherrer and Kurt Reichard.

She is survived by: her stepdaughter Patty Burris (Leon); and her grandchildren, Jeff Burris (Lacy), Melinda Grimes (Kenny) and Lea Anne Measels. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
