He is survived by: his grandson Adrian Notti; his wife Gail Pope Welch Talmadge; his stepchildren, Herman Eugene Talmadge III, Tyler Welch Talmadge and Margaret Elizabeth Talmadge (Mitt); his children, Dario Anthony Notti (Cherry), Dino Rosano Notti (Jane) and Kimberly Kay Notti (Rose Notti); his grandchildren, Tamara Notti Dietrich (Tami), Madeline Notti Thomas and Dana Ransom Notti, Jr.; his brother Emil Reynolds Notti; his children, Cynthia, Joey, William, Robert, David and Michael; his sister Beverly Huhndorf; and his nieces and nephews, Jamie, Joee, Freddie, Dede Gordon and Robin Johnson. He is also survived by grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren.
