He is survived by: his spouse Donna Parks; his children, Cheryl Nichols (Bill), Sharon Roller (Richard), Judi Claussen (Gregg) and Charlie Matteson (Jeannie); his sister Terry Shumway (Andy); his nephew Mike; his sons, Josh, Jake and Jessie; his nephew Shannon (Kim); his children, Kaylee and Carson; his niece Tammy Holmberg (Eric); his son Austin (Tiffany); and also Ronen. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
