He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Gentemann and Elizabeth Gentemann; and his sister Susan Hickam. He is survived by: his children, Mark Gentemann, Loren Gentemann (Jayde), Jennifer Elders (Galen), Kathleen Turk (Claude) and Trisha Settlemyre (Brian); and his sisters, Betsy Groben and Nancy Gentemann.
