She was predeceased by: her husband Cor; her parents, Emil and Ella; and her sisters, Wanda, Helen and Agnes.

She is survived by: her children, Doug (Linda), Sharon (Darryel) and Lorraine; her siblings, Hedwig, Else, Gertrude, Reinhold and Alfred; and her son Ralph (Donna). She is also survived by five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to either the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Diabetes Association.
