He was predeceased by: his parents, Olan Major O'Neal and Christina Frances O'Neal. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane O'Neal; his siblings, Bob O'Neal (Jo) of San Diego, California and Darlyn McCarty (Bob) of East Wenatchee; his daughter Pamela Warren (Terry) of Marysville, Washington.; his sister Joy Marsh (Mel) of Winnipeg; and his nieces, Ashleigh Kelman and Alexis Marsh.

Due to Covid-19, there will be no gathering in the Yukon, a graveside memorial will be held in Stonewall when travel restrictions are lifted.
