He is survived by: his wife Carole Ulrich; his mother Bertha Ulrich; his children, Melinda Martin and Travis Ulrich (Sharon); and his grandchildren, Brittany, Jocelyn Martin, Kataya, Tanner Ulrich and Samantha Bowers. He is also survived by his brother, five sisters and extended families.
