It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Curtis Bottomley (Whitehorse, Yukon Territory), who passed away on December 27, 2017, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, John Shepherd (Jack) and Elva Theresa Bottomley, his significant other Fay White; his son Daniel Augustus Bottomley; and his siblings, Jerald Sherman Bottomley, Judith Margaret Ann McLellan and Janet Lorraine McDade.
He is survived by : his former wife Eileen Mary Bottomley of Australia; his daughter Jo-Ann Margaret Bottomley (John Sheldon Martin) of Calgary, Alberta; his grandchildren, Alexander James and Chloe Rebecca Bottomley of Australia; and by numerous nieces and nephews.
