J.); his grandchildren, Mia, Rachele, Courtney, Dustin, Lucia, Brandi, Darren and Christien; his great grandchildren, Isabella, Ava, Mayzie, Parker, Levi and Harmony; his half-sister Blanche Laurence; and his daughter Frances Lind (Glen).
