William Yagelniski Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Yagelniski of Yorkton, Saskatchewan, who passed away on November 19, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Nick Yagelniski and Mary Yagelniski; and his siblings, Marion, Joe, Anne and Olga.
He is survived by: his wife Olga; his children, Rick Yagelniski (Judy) of Yorkton, Beverly Braun of Saskatoon, Shirley Jansen of Hudson Bay, Bonnie and Susan of Yorkton; and his sister Antonia Kosteniuk. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 28th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Leson's Funeral Home (128 2 Ave, Canora, SK S0A0L0).
Those wishing to make expressions of sympathy may make donations to the Cancer Foundation of Saskatchewan, as tokens of remembrance, in memory of William Yagelniski.
