He was predeceased by: his parents, Reuben and Martha; and his sister Dorothy Zorn. He is survived by: his wife Susan Pohl; his son Nelson; his daughter-in-law Nicole; his granddaughters, Olivia and Rachel; and his siblings, Louinna Hoffman (Dale) and Rod Pohl (Chris).
