She was predeceased by: her parents, Mike Spilchen and Magda Spilchen; her husband Edward Ockochinski; her son Rudy; and her siblings, Pauline, Ann, Bill, John, Peter and Paul.

She is survived by: her sister Mary; her sons, Randy (Julie) and Lloyd (Marion); her grandchildren, Edwin Ockochinski (Cristal), Charles Ockochinski (Christie), Lisa Quigley Ockochinski (Lar), Jared Ockochinski (Chrystal) and Erin Ockochinski (Brett); and her great grandchildren, Leland, Emma, Hannah, Karter, Mackenzie and Ffion.

Memorial donations in memory of Kay Ockochinski may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Saskatchewan as gifts of remembrance.
