She was predeceased by: her father Peter Nykorchuk; her husband William Piasta; her daughter Irene; her siblings, Alex (Edna), Andrew (Marg), Paul (Margaret), William (Lucy), Anne (Peter) and Stella (Rudy); her daughter-in-law Judy; and her great grandchild Brendon.

She is survived by: her sons, Russel, Robert (Olga), Andrew and Dennis (Gail); her grandchildren, Corrina Bell (Alex), Michael Piasta (Stacey), Kari Yucytus (Marty), Rob Piasta (Holly), David Piasta and Christine Piasta (Wade); her great grandchildren, Greg (Page), Stephanie (Shawn), Kaylyne and Alexis; and her children, Rylan, Brianna, Landen, Autumn, Emma and Willow.
