Chad Wonsiak Obituary

Though Chad may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Chad touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was predeceased by: his father Keaton. He is survived by: his son Keaton Puryk of Saskatoon; his mother Loryl Wonsiak (Longworth); and his brother Ryan Wonsiak. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.

Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association as gifts of remembrance.
