He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Goy (Lysitza) and William P. Goy; his sons, Mark and Bill; and his siblings, Mike (Dorothy), Bill (Bertha) and Anne (Jack Edwards).

He is survived by: his wife Ann; his daughter Jan; his grandchildren, Jake, Heidi, Bethany and Meya; his daughter-in-law Caroline; his grandchild-in-law Wally; his sisters, Olga Evancio of Penticton and Alexis Cranna (Ed) of Edmonton; and also Barb Mohninger.
