She was predeceased by: her parents, Mike Simon and Maryella Simon; her parents-in-law, Raymond and Oksana Wojcichowsky; and her brothers-in-law, Daryl Wojcichowsky and Glenn Fleming.
She is survived by: her husband Leonard; her son Leon (Tara); her grandchildren, Kaleigh and Samantha; her son Tyrrell (Morgan); her grandsons, Lincoln and Marshall; her siblings, Karen Oleksyn (Barry), Iris Fleming, Marilynn McTavish (Grant), Della Wojcichowsky and Myles Simon (Joy); and her siblings-in-law, Leanne Carr and Perry Wojcichowsky (Barb). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Yellow Creek Rec Centre (2 Ave N, Yellow Creek, SK S0K4X0).
Donations in memory of Sally may be directed to a charity of personal choice.
