He was predeceased by: his parents, John Perehuda and Katie Perehuda (Zelenski); his daughter Marlene Perehuda; and his sisters, Mary Perehuda and Helen Bachewich (William).
He is survived by: his wife Mary Perehuda; and his children, Darlene Schmidt (Charles) of Regina, SK, Kathy Perehuda of Saskatoon, SK, Janice Peesker of Wynyard, SK and Daniel Perehuda (Carol) of Saskatoon, SK. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
