A.; his grandchildren, Caselyn, Casely Helen, Hazel, Brynleigh and Tylan Timothy; his siblings, Rose Alma (Calvin), Brenda, Cindy, Lauri (Lyndon), Jonathan (Holly), Kevin (Tanya) and Elton (Rebecca); and his caregivers, Cora Lee, Lauren, Leslie W. and Lani. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, relatives.
