He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Forrest and Evangeline Forrest (Derby); his mother-in-law Annie Kardash; his sister Alice; his brother-in-law John Keen; his sister Evelyn; and his siblings-in-law, John Dunford, Bill Toney, Jim and Delores Fuchs.
He is survived by: his son Kurt (Leona); his cousin Sherwin Derby (Marilyn); and his sisters, Marilyn Toney and Heather Kardash. He is also survived by numerous sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, cousins, nieces, nephews.
Due to Covid-19, there will be no funeral.
