He was predeceased by: his parents, Blanche Aisaican and Alex Pelletier; and his sisters, Phyllis, Cora, Angie and Yvonne.

He is survived by: his siblings, Rose, Charlotte, Mavis, Frank (Sandra) and Arnold (Blondie); his children, Steve (Kim), Jason (Rita), Shane, Eddie, Michaela (Gary), Destiny, Shyanne and William; and his adoptive children, Christina (Wendell) and James Murphy. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
