She was predeceased by: her mother Lucy Chapica; her stepfather Kenneth Shesheep; her father Marlow Kenny; her stepmother Margret Bear; her parents-in-law, Katie, Joseph Jack, Glennis, Calvin Jack, Alva Jack Strayer and Bernard Jack; her brother-in-law Andrew Ryder; her siblings, Yvonne Cyr, Bernice Kenny, Eileen, Andy Farkas, Leo, Marlene Kenny and Mervin Bear Kenny; her son Harvey Jack; and her grandchildren, Nikki Jaide Jack, Rance Netmaker Sr., Devon and Alex Jack-O'Watch.
She is survived by: her husband Leonard D. Jack; her children, Cherilyn Jack-Jackson, Marvin Jack (Darlene), Bernard Hoss Jack (Joanne), Katherine Jack (Orville), Elsie Jack, Sandra Jack (Jeff), Fayrol Hall (Wayne), Mary Jack, Shannon Jack (Dale), Melda Jack, Terry Jack (Illa), Susan Jack and Jason Jack; her stepchildren, Gifford Eashappie, Dan Eashappie and Linda Prettyshield; her siblings, Marlene Stevenson (Clark), Mary Ramstead (Ellis), Marjorie Kenny, Sharon Bear (late Tony), Bernice Taypotat (Louis), Alice Patton and Louie Kenny (Beverly); and her adoptive children, Judy Grey-Desjarlais, Frank Keshane and Aaron Masuskapoe. She is also survived by 51 grandchildren, 86 great grandchildren, and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
