She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Taypotat and Clara Taypotat; her significant other Wayne Irvine; her siblings, Wallace, Wilbert and Elsie; and her children, Ira Bear and Blaine.

She is survived by: her children, Dean, Dwayne (Lana) and Lisa; her adoptive sons, Dallas Kay and Henry Sabit; and her sister Norris. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
