It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emily Ann Ryder (Wolseley, Saskatchewan), who passed away on April 13, 2023, at the age of 22, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her great-great-grandparent Philp Ironstar (Go-Go); her grandfather Walter Ironstar; her great-grandparent James Ryder; her brother Joshua Ironstar; her great-grandparents, Edith Thomson and Dr. Jessie (David Saulteaux); her grandmother Sarah Ryder; her great-grandparent Amy Kakakaway; and her uncle Jody Sunkawaste.

She is survived by: her husband Talon Desjarlais; her daughter Isabella Ryder; her stepson Jacoby Desjarlais; her parents, Kimbal Ironstar and Deanna Ryder; her parents-in-law, Aaron Desjarlais and Tanya Whitebear; her siblings, Amanda Goodwill (Darwin), Walter Ryder, John Ryder, Mathew Ryder, Joseph Ryder and Amy Ryder; her siblings-in-law, Tyman Desjarlais and Tasia Desjarlais; her grandparents, Aletha Whitefeather, Darryl, Anita Ryder and Patti Yuzicapi Buffalo; and her cousins, Whitefeather, Yuzicapi, Eashappie, O'Watch and Kakakaway. She is also survived by numerous uncles, aunties, nieces, nephews.
